Ice Skating Rinks

In Oslo you can find ice skating rinks where you can rent skates and equipment. The main ones are "Spikersuppa" along Karl Johans gate in the city centre, and "Frogner stadion" near Frogner park where you can skate in a historic stadium that has hosted several world championships dating back to the early 1900's.

As well as skating in the city, ice skating in Oslomarka is a popular winter activity for many, along with skiing, and if the ice is safe, you can often find people of all ages ice skating at Nøklevann and Østensjøvannet.
